Landscape Care LV
Paver, concrete, and irrigation installation in Las Vegas.
Overview
A fast static marketing site for a Las Vegas hardscape contractor, built on Astro with local business schema, service-area pages, and a lead flow designed to convert on mobile.
Contractor sites compete on speed and local relevance. This one is fully static, so it loads instantly on a phone in a parking lot, which is where these leads actually convert.
Structure follows local search intent: one page per service, one page per service area, with LocalBusiness and Service schema throughout.
The lead path is short by design — call, text, or a three-field estimate request, with no multi-step form to abandon.
Where the effort went
The interesting part of Landscape Care LV was never the page templates. It was architecture at fully static, and getting the underlying model right so the product stays correct as it grows. That is the part we care about, and it is the part that determines whether something like this is still useful in a year.
It runs on infrastructure the owner controls — source in GitHub, deployment on Railway, DNS and CDN on Cloudflare — with no proprietary platform in the middle.
