Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of this website and set out the general basis on which we provide our services. Individual client projects are additionally governed by a separate written agreement.

1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using rightclickforbidden.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by Right Click Forbidden ("we", "us", "our"), a remote web and AI product studio operating from the United States.
2. Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including through denial-of-service or excessive automated requests.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content except as permitted by our robots.txt.
- Submit false, misleading, defamatory, or malicious content through our contact form.
- Reproduce, republish, or redistribute Site content without our written permission.
We may suspend or block access to the Site from any address that breaches these terms, without notice.
3. Intellectual property
3.1 Our content
All content on this Site — text, design, layout, code, graphics, and the Right Click Forbidden name and logo — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal or internal business use. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
3.2 Portfolio and client work
Screenshots, names, and links shown on our work page refer to projects we have built. Those products, their trade marks, and their content remain the property of their respective owners. They are shown to illustrate our work and do not imply any endorsement of Right Click Forbidden by those owners beyond the fact that we built the project.
3.3 Client project ownership
For paid client engagements, and subject to full payment and to the terms of the applicable project agreement, we assign to the client all right, title, and interest in the bespoke source code, design assets, and content we produce specifically for that project. We retain ownership of our general know-how, reusable components, tools, and techniques, and grant the client a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use those as embedded in their deliverables. Third-party open-source components remain governed by their own licences.
4. Services and project agreements
Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance. Descriptions of services, timelines, and any figures mentioned are illustrative only. A binding relationship arises only when both parties sign a written project agreement or statement of work, which will set out scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, revision policy, timelines, and acceptance criteria.
Where these Terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the project agreement prevails for that engagement.
5. Enquiries and submissions
When you submit our contact form you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. Do not send us confidential or sensitive information through the form; if we need to receive confidential material we will agree an appropriate channel and, where relevant, a non-disclosure agreement first.
Unsolicited ideas, concepts, or proposals submitted through the Site are not treated as confidential and create no obligation on our part.
6. Third-party services and links
The Site links to external websites and, in delivering projects, we integrate third-party services including hosting providers, AI model APIs, and payment processors. We do not control those services, we are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or terms, and a link does not constitute an endorsement.
Where a project depends on a third-party service, the client is responsible for maintaining their own accounts and paying that provider's fees directly.
7. AI-generated output
Some products we build incorporate large language models and other AI systems. Output from such systems can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose, and can change as underlying models are updated by their providers. We design for this — with grounding, validation, and fallbacks — but we do not warrant that AI-generated output will be accurate, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, and any AI feature should be reviewed by a competent human before being relied upon for consequential decisions.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.
Content on this Site is provided for general information only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific circumstances.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Right Click Forbidden and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site — whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Liability arising from a client project is governed by the applicable project agreement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Right Click Forbidden from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12. Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms; the "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Washington.
Before commencing any formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other in writing.
14. General
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable project agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Site.
15. Contact
Questions about these Terms should be sent to [email protected].
